It is player's responsibility to read the rules before starting to play on the server.
"Not knowing the rules" is never an excuse and will not help you avoid punishment.
If it is not clear because English is not your 1st language then ask for clarification.
S1- No other mod allowed
S2 - Any form of cheating will result in an immediate ban
Creating and deleting characters just to get start money is cheating.
Don't do it or you will be banned.
S3 - Respect other players - Do not insult or abuse them in any way.
S4 - Do not attack players below level 45
S5 - Agreed PvP only in The Arena system - Do not attack players in The Arena system unless they agree to it.
S6 - In all other systems, players are free to hunt, kill and tax as they wish with the limitation of rules S4, S8, and S9
S7 - In the interest of roleplay , all players must tag their character names according to their species/roleplay: See details here:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7714S8 - Players may not kill other players more than 5 times consecutively. After 5 consecutive kills the attackers must leave the target alone for 5 hours unless the target agrees to continue fighting. If multiple attackers act together, the number of kills are added together.
Every time the target kills an attacker, the kill count is reset back to 0.
*Exception to rule S8: players with tags executing roleplay actions in enemy territory (Col/EA in cylon space and CYL/GD in colonial space) with a clear objective (example: capture an enemy base / clear up enemy system) : no kill limits.
Permanently "camping" in enemy territory with neutral reputation does not count as roleplay action. It has to be an organized action with a specific goal, clearly announced to all those in the system.
S9 - Irrespective of Rule S6 and S8 - Any form of bullying, harassment, disrupting play is not allowed on this server. Players who join the server with the unique objective of annoying one/other player(s) are not welcome.
S10 - No wreck camping allowed. Wreck camping means leaving your ship very close to a wreck and waiting for a server restart. Never leave your ship within scanner distance of a wreck.
S11 - Objects "that belong to the gods" (Apollo, Sagittarius, Athena, Hera, Zeus?.) must not be used in PvP and must not to be accumulated. A maximum of 2 per item is allowed in your cargo.
S12 - Crashing the server on purpose will get you an immediate and lifetime ban. In addition, we reserve the right to report your IPs to whoever we feel relevant.
S13 - Insults / dirty language are not allowed in ANY circumstances. The words "frak", "frakking" and "toaster" are allowed in roleplay context because they are "not real" and belong to the BSG universe only
S14 : Do not run any file sharing program while playing on the server , like utorrent , emule etc etc. These programs have a negative impact on server performance and gameplay.
S97 - All players must comply with Server Police and Admin request at any time.
S98 - Server Admins and Police will strictly enforce server rules. They can apply any sanctions that they feel appropriate, including fining, kicking and ultimately banning offenders. They act with the objective of making the server enjoyable for all.
S99 - If you believe you have been wrongly banned (or sent to prison : The Brig or Cold storage). Contact an admin in private by PM and explain your case calmly.
Admins keep an open mind and if you have a good explanation your ban may be lifted. In most cases your first ban is temporary so if you are innocent the best thing to do is ask and be patient.
But if you react angrily and insult or threaten an admin , your ban will become permanent and there will be no further discussion.
S100 - It is mandatory to have fun on this server

As a reminder to all the forum is a place that people of all ages visit, as such it is not acceptable for Screen shots to be posted that include insults, bad language or anything that goes against Server or Forum rules.
If you have a Screen Shot of a player breaking the rules PM it to an Admin or SP do not post it in the Forum, as you are effectively committing the same breach of the rules.
