Important notes: Read before you install :
- You must have Freelancer Mod Manager (FLMM) installed before you can manually install this mod (or any other mod). If you don't have it, download it HERE and install it first.
Steps to Activate the Full version of the mod
1- Deactivate and delete all previous versions of BSG mod before installing the new version
2 - Download and run the BSGClientsetup , follow on-screen instructions and install the mod files in your FLMM mod folder
3 - Start Freelancer Mod manager
4 - Activate Battlestar Galactica mod v2.23 in Freelancer Mod Manager
Note for beginners : Once in Freelancer: Press Multiplayer - Internet - Select BSG-GALACTICA.COM in the server list

Colonial Fleet
Ranks

All military pilots start as nuggets until promoted to a higher rank.
Military promotion is obtained by earning battle points
Battle points are earned either by fighting Cylon armada pilots in PvP (automatically recorded by the server) or by taking part in RP events (awarded by admins)
Battleship kill : 10 points
Elite fighter kill: 4 points
PvP kill : 2 points
PvP death : 1 point (reward for experience gained)
Same faction or civilian kill: 0 points
Only PvP kills/deaths are recorded. NPCs are ignored.
You will be informed by a server message when you receive a promotion.

Civilians
Ranks
There is no formal rank structure among civilians. Social status is generally determined by wealth i.e. the amount of money they own.
Civilian official corporation leaders can however assign civilian titles of their choice to themselves and their management staff (e.g. CEO , Chairman, VP, Director...)
